
First National Bank Enters Richmond Market with their First Location at Willow Place
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, October 1, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is excited to announce that First National Bank (FNB), a diversified financial services company operating in seven states and the District of Columbia, has leased 35,457 square feet of Class A office space at Willow Place, 5400 W. Broad Street, in Richmond, Virginia.
Willow Place is a mixed-use project that includes HomeGoods, an executed grocery store, and the new-to-market Shake Shack that is under development in the sought-after Willow & Libbie Midtown market.
FNB’s market coverage spans several major metropolitan areas including: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Baltimore, Maryland; Cleveland, Ohio; Washington, D.C.; Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, and the Piedmont Triad (Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point) in North Carolina; and Charleston, South Carolina.
