
First Watch Restaurant Chooses Regency for their 3rd Richmond-Area Location
HENRICO COUNTY, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that First Watch, the fastest-growing daytime only restaurant operator in the U.S., has completed a 3,615 square foot lease to occupy an outparcel space at Regency, 8631 Quioccasin Road, in Henrico County, Virginia.
This will be First Watch’s third location in the Richmond area; current locations include Midlothian on West Huguenot Road in Chesterfield County, and The Shoppes at Westgate at W Broad and Lauderdale, in the Short Pump area of Henrico County. The new restaurant will be located near Starbucks on an outparcel of Regency that fronts Quioccasin Road; construction is now underway.
