RICHMOND, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former Builder Supply of Petersburg Truss Plant located at 2122 East Whitehill Road in Prince George County, Virginia.
     Holdsworth and Malone, LLC purchased the approx. 18,000 sq.ft. industrial property situated on 11.87 acres from Builder Supply of Petersburg, Inc. for $862,500 and will be utilized by Microseal for its manufacturing operations.
