VIRGINIA BEACH, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce VT Milcom, Inc., a subsidiary of VT Group, has leased the entire 89,445-square foot former Gear World Manufacturing Facility located at 2505 International Parkway in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
   VT Milcom, Inc. consolidated several Hampton Roads locations in favor of the International Parkway location, which was recently purchased by 2505 International LLC.   The company will maintain its regional headquarters at 529 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach.
