Schenley Investments purchased the 348,107 square foot industrial/manufacturing building from Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. for $20,200,000 as an investment. The facility previously served as a processing and distribution facility for Keurig coffee pods. Schenley will be investing capital to modernize the property and will be offering space for lease as Virginia Trade Center.
