CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the announce the sale of a 64-acre industrial waterfront facility located at 5100 Bainbridge Blvd in Chesapeake, Virginia.  The former Nova Chemical Plant consists of over 210,000 square feet of office and industrial buildings along with deep water access and extensive rail siding.
