CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former Toys ‘”R” Us located at Chesapeake Square Mall at 4120 Portsmouth Boulevard in Chesapeake, Virginia. 
     Kotarides Holdings purchased the 29,195 square foot retail building situated on 3.62 acres from TRU 2005 RE I, LLC for $1,800,000. Kotarides plans to demolish the building and create retail and restaurants pads. The site is a pad of Chesapeake Square Mall with excellent visibility to Portsmouth Boulevard.  
     David Machupa, Ed Kimple and Eric Stanley of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser and are handling the redevelopment of the parcel as well as the mall.
