WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA, April 3, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former Yankee Candle property located at 2200 Richmond Road in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Uptown Alley 1, LLC purchased the 64,000 square foot mixed-use property, situated on 6 acres, from Fulton Bank for $4,000,000 and plans to open a multi-level entertainment venue featuring upscale bowling, duckpin bowling, an arcade, a chef-driven restaurant, and the latest in audio/video technology. This will be the fifth Uptown Alley location.
