SALEM, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 903 W. Main Street in Salem, Virginia. 

A group of local investors in Salem, Virginia purchased the 2,668 square foot former Zaxby’s restaurant property from 2418 N. Main, LLC for $650,000. Clay Taylor, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser. 

The new owners plan to renovate and reposition the property for restaurant or retail use by a new tenant, according to Taylor.

“The property is well positioned and surrounded by nationally branded concepts along a dense retail corridor,” said Taylor. “There has been lots of recent activity nearby, and the new owners see an opportunity to capitalize on the strong fundamentals of this site.”

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will also be handling the marketing and leasing of the property on behalf of the new owners.
