LYNCHBURG, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of Fort Hill Shopping Center located at 6015 Fort Avenue in Lynchburg, VA.
Liberty University purchased the 154,513 square foot retail center, situated on 20 acres, from Fort Hill Investors, LLC for $3,000,000. Liberty University initially plans to use a portion of the 900 parking spaces within the center for off-campus student parking as the University prepares for its current and future expansion and growth needs. Liberty plans to transport the students from the center to the main campus through the Liberty bus services.
