FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA: The Fredericksburg office partnered with Jeremiah Community during the fourth quarter of 2024. They raised funds for the organization and, with the company match, presented the charity with a total of $600.

The Jeremiah Community’s approach to homelessness largely depends on placing people into scattered site apartments with short-to-long-term rental subsidies and accompanying case management. The model, Housing First, is rooted in the philosophy that basic human needs such as food, shelter, and safety are first met.

Jeremiah Community is a non-profit organization based in Fredericksburg that works closely to provide support housing for the chronically homeless population through the Jeremiah Community initiative.  By building a life-sharing community housing, neighbors overcoming homelessness can live affordably, have purpose, and grow meaningful relationships.
