FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 1011 Care Way in Fredericksburg, Virginia. 

Excelsior Capital Group, LLC purchased the 13,786 square foot medical office building, situated on 1.5 acres on the campus of Mary Washington Hospital, from DJK Properties for $2,600,000 as an investment. The multi-tenant building had two tenants at the time of sale. The balance of the property will be occupied by Oracle Heart and Vascular.
