Ms. Gullins joined Thalhimer in January 2020 and is responsible for the management efforts at City View Row, Manchester Motorworks, and Overlook at City View apartment communities. Most notably, she was an integral part of the success of Overlook at City View’s record-breaking six-month lease-up during the global pandemic.
