Gayton Crossing Enjoys Robust Leasing Activity

With an expected opening date of June, Mango Salon will open their third location in Richmond. Not only are they are a well-respected salon, they are also winners of the Retail Merchants Association “Retailer of the Year” award for their business acumen and community service.
The new space for The Hutch is now under construction and will be ready by April 1 for their third concept in the Richmond Market. Josh and Jessica Bufford are also the owners of Toast and Estilo in The Village Shopping Center.
Gayton Crossing Shopping Center, located on Gaskins Road at Gayton and Quioccasin Roads, is a 156,917 square foot retail center containing an eclectic blend of national and local retailers. Anchored by Kroger, the Center boasts tenants such as Starbucks, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Jos. A. Banks, Main Street Cabinets, The Melting Pot and Sports Clips.
