RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces Genworth North America, Inc., as a solution to house its employees while it initiates work on the redevelopment of its corporate campus, entered into a long-term commitment for office space at Reynolds Crossing located at 6603 West Broad Street in Henrico County, Virginia. Genworth North America, Inc. initially subleased 88,800 square feet of office space; they subsequently finalized a direct lease with the landlord of Reynolds Crossing for a total of 101,020 square feet of office space.
