Evan Magrill, CCIM, SIOR of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Richmond office was involved in one of the largest leases in the country and recorded in the Richmond area in April, 2011.  Locally-based Owens & Minor expanded their leased space at the Enterchange at Northlake in Ashland VA.  Great to see a local company expanding!
