RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented Pratt Street Capital, LLC in their purchase of Irongate Village Shopping Center located at 6401 Iron Bridge Place in Chesterfield County, Virginia.  
The 57,830 square foot retail center was purchased from YED Properties, LLC for $4,430,000 as an investment.
Connie Jordan Nielsen of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.  Thalhimer has also been awarded the exclusive leasing of available space at the center.
