RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: We are pleased to announce Jason Guillot has been appointed president of GRACRE (Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate) for 2021. GRACRE is the only organization in Richmond whose primary mission is to be an advocate for commercial property owners, brokers, developers, and related professionals. GRACRE proactively addresses issues affecting the commercial real estate industry in Richmond. GRACRE works hand-in-hand with HRACRE (Hampton Roads) and NAOIP (Northern VA) to lobby for and promote commercial real estate interests as affected by legislation governing environmental, stormwater, entitlements, building code, affordable housing, and many other matters.
