RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Jessica Baldwin has joined the firm as Client Coordinator. Ms. Baldwin will be supporting Thalhimer’s Richmond Capital Markets Group as well as other top producing brokers in their Richmond office. Ms. Baldwin was previously with CoStar as a research associate for the Denver market for one year, and then a market manager for the South Carolina market for the past four years.  
Ms. Baldwin attended James Madison University and received a BS in Political Science, as well as a JD from the University of Dayton (UD).
