Kate Hosko Joins Office Brokerage Group in Richmond

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that Kate R. Hosko has joined their Richmond office as a vice president specializing in office agency representation. Ms. Hosko has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, most recently with Lynx Ventures, a mixed-use developer based in Richmond. While with Lynx, she focused on office and industrial leasing and development of The Current, a new 273,000 square foot mixed-use property, where Ms. Hosko led the lease-up effort of 70,000 square feet of class A, speculative office space. Before joining Lynx, Kate worked for LF Driscoll in Philadelphia and Hickok Cole in Washington, DC. Ms. Hosko graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2009.

Kate Hosko joins Amy Broderick to form Richmond’s newest power team for office landlord representation. Their partnership offers an energetic, competitive, creative approach, balanced with strong execution and strategies guided by each of their out-of-market and local experience. “Kate’s experience and approach leads her to be a true partner to owners. She has the ability to understand the perspectives of both tenants and owners – and to thoughtfully negotiate to meet tenant demands while maximizing value for her clients,” says Eric Robison, Executive Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
