RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, March 29, 2024 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 2.66 acres of land at 9420-9500 Midlothian Tnpk. in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
Sheetz Inc. purchased the acreage from Gouldin Properties for $2,450,000 and has commenced construction of its newest gas-convenience store in the Richmond metropolitan area.
