CHESAPEAKE, VA;  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of three parcels of land totaling 2.2 acres.  The parcels were situated at 1831 English Avenue, 1229 South Military Hwy. and 1826 Rokeby Ave. in Chesapeake, Virginia.
    Michael and Son Services purchased the land from Stanley F. Scott Revocable Trust & the Lewis P. Gibson Family Trust for a total of $1,262,499 with plans to relocate their business to this location.
