YORKTOWN, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 3.2 acres of land fronting Route 17 and bordered by Theatre Road in Yorktown, Virginia. 
Richmond-based Rebkee Partners Yorktown purchased the property from Riverside Healthcare Association, Inc. for $2,125,000 and plans to develop the property for retail.
