RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 4.61 acres of land at 10101 Brook Road in Henrico County, Virginia. 
Stanley Martin Companies, LLC purchased the acreage from VCC Partners, LLC for $2,300,000. Stanley Martin Homes received their rezoning as a part of the Virginia Center Commons overall redevelopment approvals through Henrico County and plans to build approximately 75 townhomes at the site. The site is situated behind the Virginia Credit Union and Wendy’s locations just off Brook Road at the entrance to Virginia Center Commons. Rebkee and Shamin Hotels, who own the majority of Virginia Center Commons, are redeveloping the property to an arena and convocation center, as well as a mixed-use property to add retail and office space on the site.
