WESTERN VIRGINIA – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of two land parcels in Christiansburg, Virginia, to develop a free-standing emergency department to serve Montgomery County and the surrounding areas.

LewisGale (HCA) Montgomery Regional Hospital, Inc. purchased approximately 3.20 acres at 1145 West Main Street from SHAH Development, LLC for $910,000, as well as 0.30 acres at 1205 West Main Street from John Francis Peterson, Jr. for $295,000 to construct a free-standing emergency department to serve Montgomery County and the surrounding areas.
