ROANOKE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented Deschutes Brewery in leasing 4,674 square feet of retail space at 315 Market Street in downtown Roanoke, Virginia for its Roanoke tasting room. Plans include more than 15 taps of Deschutes Brewery beers where patrons can share a pint or fill growlers, as well as purchase brewery branded merchandise. The space will likely include both indoor and outdoor seating.
Deschutes Brewery, based out of Bend, Oregon, is the 8th largest craft brewery in the country, according to the Brewers Association (https://www.brewersassociation.org/). In 2016, Deschutes Brewery announced that it was establishing its East Coast production and distribution in Roanoke, Virginia. The tasting room is scheduled to open in August.
