
Leasing Assignment Awarded for Class A Portfolio at Concourse at Wyndham
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been selected by Westdale Real Estate Investment & Management to provide exclusive leasing services for the combined portfolio of approximately 386,000 square feet of class A office buildings located in the Concourse at Wyndham, an attractive suburban office park within the Innsbrook submarket in Henrico County, Virginia. Office buildings in the portfolio include:
East Shore I (73,125 SF), East Shore II (77,293 SF), and East Shore III (81,465 SF) comprise an institutional quality portfolio consisting of three, 3-story office buildings built between 1999 and 2000. Major tenants include Capital One, Compare.com, and Sheltering Arms Hospital. While currently 100% occupied, East Shore I and East Shore II will be vacant and available for occupancy in January 2018.
West Shore I (18,765 SF), West Shore II (28,355 SF), West Shore III (53,690 SF), and Grove Park I (62,471 SF) round out the Concourse at Wyndham assignment. West Shore I and II were originally constructed in 1995 by HHHunt; West Shore III and Grove Park I were developed by Highwoods Properties, Inc. in 1997. Major tenants include Liberty Mutual Life Insurance Company, Allan Myers, and Dermatology Associates of Virginia.
