GREENVILLE, SC: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has completed a 33,000 square foot lease of industrial space to LeMans Karting, which will be expanding their West Coast indoor karting business to the East Coast. Utilizing a fleet of high-performance European rental karts, along with comprehensive safety equipment, LeMans Karting will provide turn-key corporate teambuilding events, private parties, arrive-and-drive racing and racing leagues.  LeMans Karting will be bringing their indoor wheel-to-wheel kart racing experience to the Upstate at 1524 Roper Mountain Road in Greenville, South Carolina.
