LGBT Life Center purchased the 42,476-square-foot office building, situated on 3.0 acres, from Robin Hood Road, LLC for $4,257,600. The property will support the organization’s continued growth and provide additional space to expand healthcare, behavioral health, pharmacy, housing, and supportive services for residents throughout Hampton Roads and on the Peninsula.

LGBT Life Center has served the region for more than 38 years and is committed to providing affirming, accessible services that improve the health and well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals and people affected by HIV. The expanded campus will strengthen the organization’s ability to integrate services, increase access to care, and respond to the evolving needs of the community for years to come.
