   The properties of 1800 and 1900 Continental Boulevard are part of a 1.5-million square foot, multi-tenant industrial complex in the heart of Charlotte’s Southwest industrial submarket. The complex is strategically positioned at the interchange of I-77 and I-485 with direct frontage on I-485.
   1800 Continental Blvd. is a 130,000 square foot class A office building and 1900 Continental Blvd. is comprised of 1,375,678 square feet of industrial space.  
   The portfolio manager for both properties is Jerad Nielsen, CPM-C, ACoM.  
   Warren M. Snowdon, SIOR and David Hanna are exclusive leasing representatives for 1900 Continental, while exclusive leasing for the office property will be handled by Mark C. Holoman and Meredith Dickerson, CCIM.
