Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have been awarded multifamily management of Eddy on the James (“The Eddy”), located at 700 Semmes Avenue in Richmond, Virginia.

The new project, developed by The Beach Company of Charleston, South Carolina, features 221 ultra-modern apartments, unique on-site amenities, and a commercial space. This is a first-time collaboration between The Beach Company and Thalhimer.

On-site amenities include a resort-style pool and sundeck, parking garage, expansive fitness center, yoga studio, pet spa, multiple community lounges, remote work pods, community grilling stations, fire pits, and a rooftop deck with downtown views overlooking the James River and Mayo Island. Each apartment is designed with custom finishes, including oversized kitchen islands, superior appliance packages, and large private patios. Pre-leasing officially begins this week with the launch of the website – www.eddyonthejames.com.

Thalhimer Marketing & Design, partnered with the Residential Property Services team, designed all marketing materials and the custom website. Beth Zinsky has been assigned to oversee the property’s operations.
