Mr. Gaza will assist brokerage and property management by providing value-added tenant and landlord project management services. Relocating from Washington, DC, Mr. Gaza was previously with The RMR Group as an Assistant Construction Manager serving several markets in both DC and Virginia. His experience includes representing the landlord and tenant through all stages of construction/design. Additionally, he led budgeting, bidding, and value-engineering exercises for all perspective leases within his markets.
