NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA: In Q4, our Newport News associates partnered with the Salvation Army. They collected $260 in donations and, with the company match, presented $520 to the organization.

In addition, on December 18th, they participated in the distribution to the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program recipients. Recognizing that every child deserves to feel the joy of Christmas, The Salvation Army Angel Tree program provides new clothing and toys to more than one million children in need each year. Once a child is accepted as an Angel, donors can shop for their Christmas wish list. Once the gifts are received, The Salvation Army will distribute them to families in need for Christmas morning. The Williamsburg Salvation Army had over 300 families receiving gifts from the Angel Tree Program.
