RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, August 28, 2026 – Nordstrom, Inc. is returning to the Richmond market with a new Nordstrom Rack location at Westpark Shopping Center, located at 9819 West Broad Street in Henrico County, Virginia.

The 30,000 square foot Nordstrom Rack store will occupy the former Painted Tree Boutiques space at Westpark Shopping Center, a prime location along the bustling West Broad Street retail corridor. The addition further strengthens Westpark Shopping Center’s position as one of the area’s premier shopping destinations. The 176,973-square foot power center is anchored by Publix and features a strong mix of national and regional tenants, including Planet Fitness, Chicken Salad Chick, GolfTec, The Tile Shop, and Crumbl Cookie.
