NORFOLK, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of 3572 Argonne Avenue in Norfolk, Virginia.
   Path Group, LLC purchased the 39,500 sq.ft. office/warehouse property situated on 1.453 acres from Wells Fargo Bank, National Association for $495,000 as an investment.
