Office Building Sells in Busch Corporate Center in Williamsburg

NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA, December 1, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 438 McLaws Circle, located in Busch Corporate Center, in Williamsburg, Virginia.

The Arc of Greater Williamsburg purchased the 10,000 square foot office building from NRK Properties, LLC for $1,800,000 as an owner occupant.
