Office Property Sold in Downtown Fredericksburg

FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 510 Princess Anne Street in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. 

Shiloh Baptist Church purchased the 4,381 square foot office building from Building 100 Enterprises, LLC for $1,650,000 as an investment and to utilize the property for additional parking.

Berkley Mitchell and Mike Degen of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser.
