CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have assisted in the leasing of 90,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space to Hill Phoenix within Bermuda Industrial Park at 1821 Battery Dantzler Rd. in Chesterfield County, VA.   This location will supplement space that Hill Phoenix currently occupies in Chester and will be used for warehouse and manufacturing of refrigerant products.
     Also in Bermuda Industrial Park, Nick Supersales Unlimited has renewed its lease of 12,000 square feet and Dynamic Packaging renewed their 10,000 square feet of space. 
     APS and Sons will lease 27,000 square feet of industrial/warehouse space at 12600 Bermuda Triangle Road. They will be utilizing the space for warehousing and distribution of plastic pallets.  Also in Bermuda Industrial Park, Chad’s Delivery Service has renewed their 17,700 square feet.
