RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the firm’s eight Virginia and South Carolina offices, through third quarter, completed 1,186 lease transactions totaling over 17,100,000 square feet and a transactional value of nearly $589 million.  In addition, Thalhimer reported 225 sale transactions through third quarter totaling over $397,000,000 million in sales volume. The sales included industrial, office and retail buildings, as well as land transactions. Overall, year-to-date volume exceeds $986 million.
