LYNCHBURG, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former Piedmont Eye Center located at 2402 Atherholt Road in Lynchburg, VA.

Johnson Health Center purchased the 12,569 square foot medical office building situated on 2.35 acres from Piedmont Eye Center MOB, L.L.C. for $2,250,000.  Johnson Health Center has several locations in the Lynchburg area and the new Atherholt Road facility will be used for pediatric and women’s services with an anticipated opening scheduled for February 2017.
