RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that Adam P. Holbrook, CAM has joined the Richmond Commercial Property Services group as Portfolio Manager. Adam will be responsible for the management of a mixed portfolio of office, retail and industrial property types. 
Adam has over seven years of experience working in the residential management field. Most recently, Adam was with Nest Property Management as a Marketing and Leasing Manager. He was responsible for the marketing and management of 300+ privately-owned residential properties.
Adam is a 2013 graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and holds a B.S. in Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management, specializing in Residential Property Management.
