WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA, February 17, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of a portion of the Williamsburg Pottery property located at 6692 Richmond Road, Building B, in Williamsburg, Virginia for a Coastal Community Church campus.

Coastal Community Church, LLC purchased the 44,000 square foot property from Williamsburg Pottery Properties, LLC for $5,650,000 and plans to relocate their current Williamsburg campus at 1100 Jamestown Road to this new location at the Williamsburg Pottery. The plans include a renovation of the property to feature a 1,000-seat auditorium, classrooms, and various offices. Founded in Yorktown in 2001, Coastal Community Church has expanded to seven campuses from Chesapeake to Richmond. The church purchased the center portion of the Pottery property, Building B, and the Williamsburg Pottery will remain in operation in Building A. North Carolina Furniture purchased a separate Pottery retail building two years ago.
