RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that Katie J. Chalmers has joined the firm as Project Manager, adding to their platform of services companywide. Katie will assist the brokerage team by providing value-added tenant and landlord project services and adds additional capacity for project execution on the firm’s management portfolio. Katie is a Miami University graduate and has over six years’ experience working in the construction and project management field. Prior to joining Thalhimer, Katie worked for Newmark Knight Frank in Washington D.C. as a Project Manager, where she managed tenant build-outs and was responsible for oversight on project-contracted services including architectural, engineering, IT/ AV, construction, signage, furniture procurement/installation, security and relocation.
