SENIOR PORTFOLIO MANAGER:
Adam P. Holbrook, ACoM, CAM has been promoted to senior portfolio manager. Since joining Thalhimer’s Richmond office in early 2019, Mr. Holbrook quickly proved his capability of handling complex accounts for Thalhimer. Together with his positive attitude and ability to form strong relationships with clients and tenants, Mr. Holbrook can often be found demonstrating his leadership skills by mentoring new associates. 

Kelly M. Meehan, ACoM has been promoted to senior portfolio manager. Ms. Meehan joined Thalhimer’s Richmond office as a residential manager in 2011 before transitioning to Commercial Property Services in 2017. She is responsible for all day-to-day and fiscal operations for her portfolio of commercial properties including medical office, office, retail, industrial properties and association management; as well as assisting with construction projects in support of the Thalhimer team.

Lindsay Mujacic has been promoted to senior portfolio manager. Ms. Mujacic joined Thalhimer’s Richmond office in 2018, and is responsible for all day-to-day and fiscal operations, budgeting preparation and review, vendor negotiations and contracts as well as providing preventive and emergency services for her portfolio of commercial properties.
