RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced today that Kelli Burton and Darlene “DJ” Sliech have been promoted to Portfolio Manager in Residential Property Services. Kelli Burton will manage properties in the Richmond area and has over sixteen years of progressive property management experience, most recently spending the past five years as Property Manager at Deering Manor. Over the years she has gained extensive experience in repositioning troubled assets, as well as identifying opportunities for improving bottom-line value and leading by example. 

DJ Sliech will specialize in new construction lease-ups and will work closely with Thalhimer Realty Partners and third-party ownership groups. DJ has over seven years of progressive property management experience, starting as an onsite leasing agent in student housing and most recently as Senior Property Manager in the TRP Manchester City View family.  DJ led the record-breaking lease-up of Overlook at City View, fully stabilizing the asset within six months of construction during a global pandemic.
