RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been a member of the Virginia Tech Property Management Advisory Board since 2013, with others serving previously as an alumni representative. The program started in 1985 and was the first property management higher-education program in the United States. The option, initially focused on housing management, expanded with a commercial property management track, and the major was rechristened the property management major in 2014.

Curtis Mummau and Renee Pulliam currently serve on the board and were recently included in a promotional video, along with other members of the Advisory Board, whereby they took a few minutes to talk about what they love about property management and to describe the essence of the field.
