HOPEWELL, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the second phase of apartment development land located at 1910 Fine Street in Hopewell, Virginia.
     The Humanities Group purchased approximately 5 acres of land from James L. Clayton Enterprises, Inc. for $1,100,000 for the development of residential apartments.
