
Richmond Plastic Surgeons Leases Medical Office Space at West Creek Medical Park
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners are pleased to announce Richmond Plastic Surgeons has leased 6,252 square feet of medical office space in the MEDARVA Building located at West Creek Medical Park. The park is a planned 180,000-square foot dedicated medical destination in Goochland County being developed by Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners in partnership with MEDARVA Healthcare.
Richmond Plastic Surgeons is relocating from its current offices at St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond. The practice is the largest and preeminent plastic surgical group in Virginia. The surgeons will operate in a private surgical center which will also be located in the MEDARVA Building.
Existing tenants located in West Creek Medical Park include: Dr. Jeffrey J. Zuravleff, who specializes in oculoplastic surgery, Virginia Physicians for Women (VPFW), as well as MEDARVA Healthcare, Richmond’s non-profit healthcare system that owns and operates Stony Point Surgery Center.
