RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Sandy Etherington and Olivia J. Garber have earned the ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM^®). The ACoM designation is awarded to managers who have met IREM^®’s rigid requirements in areas of education, experience, and commitment to a code of ethics. 

Mr. Etherington, who joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2019, is a portfolio manager in their Commercial Property Services Group. Ms. Garber joined Thalhimer in 2019 as an assistant portfolio manager and was subsequently promoted to portfolio manager in May 2020. She has been an active member of IREM since 2017, serving as a Program Committee Member and most recently as the Co-VP of programs, planning and executing many events.
