RICHMOND, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to have represented Goodwill Industries of Central Virginia, Inc. in their acquisition of 4200 Brookriver Drive in the heart of Short Pump, Henrico County, Virginia.  The 22,802 sq.ft. building situated on 3.36 acres was purchased from Raedar, Inc. for $3,000,000 and will be utilized for an additional retail location for Goodwill.  Goodwill’s stores provide financial support for its mission to help individuals with obstacles to employment get the job training, support, and work opportunities they need to be successful in the workplace. Goodwill operates over 20 job training and career development programs and those programs serve over 15,000 individuals annually.
